Learn some simple things you can do to take care of yourself.

Sleep, Calming, and Relaxation

You and I both know that health starts with GOOD SLEEP! It’s just as important as good nutrition and exercise. I know it is a struggle for a lot of people to either get enough or get good quality sleep, so I want to help make it a little easier for you.

Here are some of the most common oils used to get a restful night’s sleep…

  • Lavender
  • Stress Away
  • Frankincense
  • Peace & Calming

You can diffuse or apply these oils topically. Diffuse 6-8 drops of one or a combo. I also take a drop of oil, add it to a nickel size carrier oil in my hands, rub together, and then apply to my feet, wrists, neck, and chest. The instant calm I get when I smell the oils is really what helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep.

Nutrition

After a good night’s rest, you can focus on nutrition! When your body is given the proper nutrition, it will function at its optimal level, and you will find yourself in a much happier state both physically and emotionally. Your body will feel good and you will have enough energy to do the things you want. You will also be able to handle those stressful days during the holidays. We all know they are coming!

Add a drop of each of the following oils to 1-2 oz. of NingXia Red every single day for total body wellness.

These differences make them tolerated much better by your tummy.

Exercise

I use these two oils from the vitality line in my water or with a wellness tea to help wake me up, feel energized, and get my body moving!

  • Peppermint Vitality
  • Lemon Vitality

These two oils are perfect for before, during, or after your exercise:

  • PanAway – most commonly used for achy joints and muscles. PRO TIP: PanAway diffused is REALLY calming. If you are a nighttime workout person, diffusing this or applying it to your skin can help calm those post-workout nerves and get you ready for bed.
  • Raven – a blend of different Eucalyptus oils and some other oils that are beneficial when diffused or applied to your chest. Have you ever been in a Eucalyptus steam room? If so, then you can imagine feeling like that any time you want every day just by pulling out your Raven oil.
